NICAS Project Day 2018

On Tuesday December 11, NICAS will organise the annual Project Day, to inform you about the NICAS research projects. This year we will present updates on the various running projects funded by NWO. In addition, the principal investigators of the newly granted seed money and full proposals resulting from the 2017 call will introduce their projects.

We would like to invite everyone to join us for this day full of interesting lectures and great networking opportunities.

Everyone is welcome to attend, so please feel free to forward this invitation to colleagues or other people who may be interested in the activities of NICAS.



The final programme will be published shortly before the event. The provisional programme is:

  • 09.00-09.30: Registration and coffee
  • 09.30-09.35: Welcome (Robert van Langh)
  • 09.35-11.30: Project presentations (full projects)
  • 11.30-12.00: Break (coffee and tea)
  • 12.00-13.00: Project presentations (seed money projects)
  • 13.00-14.00: Break (lunch)
  • 14:00-15.30: Project presentations (full projects)
  • 15.30-16.00: Break (coffee and tea)
  • 16.00-16.45: Project presentations (seed money projects)
  • 16.45-17.00: Round up and questions (Benjamin Rous, Robert van Langh)
  • 17.00-18.00: Drinks



The Project Day will include presentations of all current and completed NICAS NWO projects and the recently awarded NICAS NWO projects.
